SCHEDULING WITH KONA
1. CONTACT US:
HOW TO REQUEST A QUOTE: Call, email, text, submit a quote request, or book directly online. For first time customers, we suggest calling us directly. That is the easiest way to have all your questions answered and we can ask any questions we have to ensure an accurate quote. Feel free to email us with any questions, especially if you already had service completed. A simple email or even a text requesting to book with the same job again is quick and easy. If you have photos you’d like to provide, or if we ask, you can email or text them as well. Submit photos by filling out our quote request form is also simple option. Submitting a quote is easy. Once you fill out the form and send it. We will receive your request and prepare your quote for you. If there are any questions we have prior to submitting the quote, we will reach out to you to confirm specifics.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Some information we will need in order to prepare your quote is your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the property address. In many cases, without the address, we can’t ensure your quote is accurate. Without the other information, we can’t send the full quote in writing. You can always call for a general quote over the phone if you are just inquiring. However, we can’t save that quote for you or send it to you without further details. We will need to know further details such as which carpeted room/ areas, the upholstery or rug size and material type and so forth. All hard surface cleaning usually is a bit more detailed and we typically will give an on-site quote for that. In some cases we can use photos or give an estimate range and adjust the quote as needed upon arrival. We understand that sometimes our customers may have very short windows to complete the project and need us to work with them within a certain timeframe. Let us know your needs and we will do our best to help accommodate you. We are flexible.
For businesses we will need the company name, main contact name, phone number, and billing address. Once we have the basic contact details, we will need to know what type of service you would like a quote for. We will typically schedule an on-site quote, which usually takes approximately 12-20minutes to complete.
2. REVIEW YOUR QUOTE:
Once your quote is ready we will email and text you the quote. We will typically also call you to let you know your quote is ready. If you ever need help reviewing your quote we are always here to walk you through the process. Once you receive your quote, you will see the prompt that allows you to accept it. Scheduling with Kona is easy. We can discuss dates before or after you have accepted the quote. Once you accepted your estimate and chosen a date, we can book your appointment. If your job requires a deposit, we will have dates selected prior to acceptance. You will then receive a booking notification, the invoice, and a reminder email as we get closer to the date. You will also receive preparation instructions.
Jobs totaling $1000+ require a deposit. The scheduling dates will be discussed prior to accepting the quote and will be listed on the quote to secure the dates.
When the customer is unable to be present for services we require prepayment. You can either prepay using the invoice you received at booking or leave a check at the property. We do recommend being present for services when possible as that helps the technician in case a question arises. However, we do understand there are many scenarios where it isn’t feasible for you to be present. We are always here to work with you based on your needs.
3. PREPARE & WAIT:
Once you have been booked you will receive a confirmation of the Kona booking. The invoice is also sent as well. The preparation instructions are automatically sent out a few days prior to your service. You can also call or email the office if you have any questions. Once we arrive, you can ask the tech any questions you might have. He will typically inspect the areas to be cleaned prior to starting. Upon completion, you will then finish up with payment directly with the tech. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
OUR SERVICES:
We offer a wide variety of services for our customers. Bundling Discounts, New Customer Discounts and Frequent Service Discounts are available throughout the year on most services. During winter and holiday seasons we usually have additional promotions. Request a free quote today for any services you are mulling over. There is no obligation to accept the quote. Most quotes are valid for 2 months. Even if the quote has expired, we can still review it to confirm if the price has change or if we can keep any original discounts.
