No need to wait for a quote! You can book directly online. Booking is painless and should take you under 2 minutes to complete.
Online Booking temporarily reserves your time-slot. Next, the office will review and confirm your request. No credit card required!
Please note any changes to your order in the ‘Comments’ section of the booking request.
Once your quote has been confirmed and any adjustments have been approved, the office will book your appointment. You will receive a notification by text and email that the job has been booked.

INFORMATION REQUIRED AT BOOKING:
You will first be prompted to select the service you wish to book. Once you have chosen the service or multiple services you will then be prompted to choose the date and time you preview. The time selected is an arrival window. Once you have chosen the appointment date and time, you will then fill out your first and last name, email address, service address, and phone number. There will be a message box at the end by which you can leave any important notes. Message examples would include: “please shorten my arrival window,” “have the tech notify me when he is 15 minutes away,” or “my sofa dimensions are actually 10’x15.'”
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE AT BOOKING?
No, you do not prepay for services. That is, in most cases. Either way, you do not pay for the services through the online booking platform. You will receive the initial confirmation once you booked the appointment. Once the office reviews and confirms the appointment, you will receive the invoice. The invoice is sent out prior to services so that you can preview, and it will be ready for the tech on the date of service.
Pre-Payment: The online booking platform does not support receiving payments. We require prepayment only if you can’t present for services. Let the office know that you can’t be present in the message box at booking. Once the office confirms, you will receive the invoice. You can use the link to pay directly online. Alternatively, a check can be left at the property as a form of payment. You can also meet the technician at the property and pay prior to leaving, if you must leave early. We are here to work with you as best as we can. Just let us know the circumstance and we can help arrange the details.
Deposit: The online booking platform does not support requesting a deposit. We request a deposit only if the services you schedule total $1000 or more. This is to secure the date since will will block off the entire day for your services. After booking, you will receive an invoice with the option to pay the deposit. The deposit is applied towards the remaining balance. Typically, for larger services, it’s best to fill out the “Request A Quote” form instead. Our online booking platform only offers some of the most common bookings.
Scheduling A Quote: Feel free to book an appointment for an in-person estimate for any jobs such as power-washing, window cleaning, tile, cleaning, hardwood cleaning, or any other hard surface. In most cases, these job types require an on-site quote. If you are booking a service and you would also like to book an on-site quote at the same time, you have that option as well.
